Dr. Cox and his staff are compassionate and understanding without sacrificing professionalism, it's like taking your beloved fur baby to see your best friend. Dr. Cox had only been our vet for a couple of months (we just moved to the area last year) but he and his team treated us like we were long time patients. He even took a call from me during business hours to answer some questions about my dog's deteriorating health. Just days ago, I had to make the agonizing decision to have my chihuahua, Rascal, who was suffering from congestive heart failure, put to sleep.
